The Cloverdale Curling Club Office is be closed from May 15^st to Aug. 2^nd

Messages can be left at 604-574-4483 or sent by e-mail to manager@cloverdalecurlingclub.ca

The deadline for members to pre registration their team is August 1^st

Team pre-registration forms can be downloaded from our website (www.cloverdalecurlingclub.ca/forms). Completed forms can be deposited in the mail slot at the club entrance or mailed to 6150 – 176^th Street, Surrey, V3E 4E7.

Team Pre-Registrations received after August 1^st will be dealt with on a first come basis.

Individual registration forms can also be found online. There will be a Registration afternoon & evening on August 26th

Curling leagues will commence play toward the end of September, including our Saturday Evening Rookie League and Sunday Evening Novice League. Please check the website under the heading of leagues for the start date of each league.

Curling clinics are scheduled September for the Novice on 19^th & 20^st and the Advanced 21^st & 22^nd so please leave a message with your contact information if you are interested in participating.

If you curl at the club and didn’t get the emailed survey or are unable to open the survey, just let us know and we will make sure to get one to you. Our Semi AGM and Annual Night of Champions will be held on April 5.

Cocktails =5:30pm

Dinner=6:00pm (Nico’s famous chicken!)

Semi AGM =7:00pm

Awards presentation= 8:00pm

Dinner is $5.00 and you must let the office know BEFORE APRIL 1 if you will be joining us, just so the right amount is ordered. Come down show your club support for the Semi AGM and all the winners for the 2012-2013 curling season.
