Youth ages 10 to 21, and their coaches
This camp is the perfect opportunity for curlers of all skill levels. On and off-ice sessions on topics including mental performance, sweeping, nutrition, delivery and strategy. Get the most out of this camp by coming with your team...Teammates not available? That's OK you can come, learn and take the information back to them at your next practice!
Coaching from high level international coaches. On and off-ice sessions. Each session has been specifically tailored to address topics requested by junior curlers to help them kick start their season.
Camp also includes an Ice Breaker camp t-shirt, lunches on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Dinner included on Saturday. Curlers are encouraged to bring their own LABELLED water bottle and snacks.
Coaches: $175
Coaches come learn alongside your team! You'll get to rotate through the sessions with your curlers and learn all the tips and tricks as they do too. Coaches will not be curling, you are invited to learn, take notes, and ask questions.
